Sunny Park is a designer, problem-solver, and eternal optimist who loves people, stories, and building things that make life feel a little lighter.
I didn’t grow up thinking I’d be a designer. I studied Economics at UC Berkeley, but I was always drawn to the human side of things—why people behave the way they do, what motivates them, and how small design choices can meaningfully improve someone’s day. That curiosity ultimately led me to fall in love with product design.
Whether it’s while I’m designing, living in a new place (Bay Area, Chicago, Seoul, Barcelona, and soon more), or overthinking the daily NYT Connections, I love tackling difficult problems and using my experiences, curiosity, and collaboration with others to solve them.
